Who We Are

Our founder and CEO Madhuri Chandra has dedicated her life to reimagining the future of healthcare. As a state registered nurse for over 20 years, Madhuri noticed early on in her career that far too often patients were being misdiagnosed or rendered completely unaware of their medical conditions. Upon working in assisted living, Madhuri was horrified to see some of the patients basic needs being neglected. She noticed that most of the problems came from the administration and trickled down into the staff-- too many medical professionals were not trained properly enough to handle a growing list of patient needs.  Thus began her journey to revolutionizing healthcare education through her discovery of the Health Professionals Institute (LINK).  Through new teaching methods and continually embracing the idea of updating her own repertoire, she is able to create an inclusive environment where medical professionals can master existing skills while developing new ones in the process. Madhuri wants to be at the forefront of creating the future of tomorrow’s healthcare workers. Healthcare workers are defined by loyalty, knowledge, compassion, and most of all-- their desire to give.

Our foundation is deeply rooted within our community. Whether it be from tutoring your children through the Abacus Genius Kids Academy  or running one of the most successful staffing agencies in the Pacific Northwest for elderly care (LINKS); we continue to expand our services in order to better serve our community. Remember when earlier it was stated that what defines a good nurse is their desire to give? Well, we felt like there was still even more to give which is why we created the MLC Foundation.

Our organization is driven by a team of passionate volunteers who share one common goal: to make a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve. Our volunteers come from diverse backgrounds and possess a wide range of skills and expertise. Together, we create a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals of all ages can thrive and grow.

As an organization, we prioritize building strong relationships within our community. We collaborate with local care facilities, children centers, and other relevant organizations to maximize our impact and ensure our services reach those who need them most. By working hand-in-hand with community partners, we create a network of support that fosters growth, compassion, and resilience.

Together, we can create a community that cares, supports, and nurtures its members. Your involvement can make a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve, bringing hope, joy, and a brighter future for all.

Thank you for being part of MLC.
